Linens/bedding - towels (beach, bath & kitchen) , fully equipped kitchen with microwave and dishwasher - washer/dryer - TV. w/ satellite - paddleboat for lake - beach/water toys -outdoor bbq (propane) - wood for beach fires - basic cleaning supplies

Not included:
Toiletries, soaps of any kind (bath, dish or laundry), food

NO SMOKING - NO PETS

PRICING:
$1350.00 American Dollars per week (7-day week, i.e in Saturday, out following Saturday)
50% due upon booking; 50% due two week prior to rental
$200 security deposit required
